A Note from Victoria
When my kids were younger, I used to start the school year with a stack of books, curricula, and “notes to self” about things I wanted to do. When we finished a book, I would just look at the stack and say “what will we read next?” For a while, this worked just fine and felt like freedom. And it was! But as they got older, I wanted to be more deliberate in making sure that I got all the important stuff in. I didn’t want to run out of time with them and still have a stack of things I never got to share… My system started to feel like chaos and uncertainty.
So this organizer grew out of real planning sessions, real scheduling challenges, and real homeschool years. Instead of piecing together a system through trial and error, you can start with one that’s already been tested and refined.
You can absolutely create your own planning system from scratch. I did… with years of trial and error and fumbling through what I needed and what I didn’t. But the Organizer gives you a tested starting point so you don’t have to spend years reinventing the wheel like I did.

Questions?
What format is the organizer?
It's a fillable PDF, which means you can type directly into it on your computer, tablet, or phone — or print it out and fill it in by hand. It's designed to look clean either way.
Will this work with my curriculum?
Yes. The organizer is curriculum-neutral. It's designed to work alongside whatever books, programs, or resources you already use — traditional, Charlotte Mason, classical, eclectic, or anything in between.
I already have the free Starter Pack. Is this different?
Yes — the Starter Pack is a starting point. It gives you three foundational sheets to begin planning, plus a quick overview of the process. The Complete Organizer is the full system: 19 planning, scheduling, and tracking pages that take you from an idea to a schedule to a completed portfolio record of the school year. And there are additional pages dedicated to making sure you know how to use the system — including a visual flowchart showing how every sheet connects and when to use each one, individual explanation sheets for the pages that need them, and filled examples so you can see what a real completed version looks like before you start. If the Starter Pack was useful to you, this might be a game changer.
I’ve never used a planning system like this before. How do I know where to start?
The organizer includes a step-by-step guide that walks you through the whole system — including a visual flowchart showing exactly which sheets to use, in what order, and which ones are optional based on how your family homeschools. The key planning pages also come with their own help sheets with an explanation of the page’s role in the process and a filled example. You don’t have to figure it out on your own.
